Syneos Health is seeking a CRA II for Madrid with sponsor-dedicated oversight. This remote role in Spain requires experience in gastroenterology and genitourinary studies and involves site qualification, monitoring, and close-out activities across trials.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• 2-5 years of experience as CRA or similar monitoring role.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Must demonstrate good computer skills and be able to embrace new technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel up to 75% on a regular basis.

Responsabilidades

• Performs site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits (on-site or remote) per protocol.
• Verifies informed consent and protects subject confidentiality.
• Reviews ISF/TMF and ensures proper archiving per guidelines.
• Manages IP inventory, labeling, storage, and distribution.
• Ensures accurate CRF data and drives query resolutions.
