Syneos Health is seeking a CRA II in Madrid to monitor oncology (lung) studies. The role involves on‑site or remote monitoring activities, site qualification, initiation visits and data quality oversight.

You will ensure compliance with ICH/GCP, support site staff, and manage trial documentation, with travel up to 75%. Bachelor's degree or RN required and 2–5 years CRA experience in oncology. This is a dynamic opportunity in a global patient‑focused company.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field; 2–5 years CRA experience.
• Experience in Oncology (lung) phases I is required.
• Solid knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Strong computer skills and adaptability to new technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Performs site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, site management and close‑out visits.
• Ensures regulatory and protocol compliance; communicates issues and develops action plans.
• Verifies informed consent and safeguards subject privacy.
• Reviews ISF and TMF, ensures archiving per local guidelines.
• Supports recruitment and data entry; tracks observations and action items.
• Manages site activities within project scope, timelines, and travel up to 75%.
