Stuart in Barcelona is seeking a hands-on Operations & Compliance Specialist to consolidate a high-quality courier network, ensuring local market regulations are met. You will build tools and processes, spot quality, fraud and compliance issues using no-code solutions, and collaborate with Ops, Commercial and Engineering to roll out projects.

Formación

• Experience in operations, support, compliance.
• Comfortable with no-code/low-code tools such as n8n and spreadsheets.
• Proficient in SQL.
• Analytical and detail-oriented; you like getting to the bottom of things.
• Self-starter who can run with a problem without close supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Own quality, fraud, and compliance metrics by defining, tracking, and reporting them.
• Lead projects related to local market regulations and close gaps to maintain compliance.
• Build tools to flag and investigate fraud, abuse, and compliance issues.
• Partner with Engineering and Product to turn processes into scalable features.
• Leverage AI to help develop, launch, and scale new processes.
