Glovo is seeking a Supply Operations lead in Spain to own the optimization of operations KPIs across multiple cities. You will drive improvements in customer and courier experience end-to-end, combining analytics, stakeholder management and creative problem-solving to scale our marketplace logistics.

Based in Madrid or Sevilla, you will partner with local and HQ teams, analyze trends, standardize processes, and orchestrate projects that reduce delivery times and costs while growing courier

Formación

• 2 years of experience in high-growth tech, operations, marketplaces, or consulting is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Statistics or a related field.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; strong data mindset.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel is a must.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience managing stakeholders in a matrix organization or across multiple countries is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze data obsessively to identify trends and implement strategies for key cities.
• Improve delivery times, courier efficiency, and delivery costs in your region.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with local teams and HQ to drive impactful projects.
• Perform a wide range of quantitative and qualitative analyses to assess opportunities.
• Implement, standardize, and execute processes across all cities.
• Support special projects from risk assessments to ROI opportunities.
