Stuart SAS is seeking a hands-on, data-driven specialist to maintain a compliant courier network across markets. You will own quality and fraud metrics, implement detection in no-code tools, and collaborate with Engineering to scale successful processes.

The role requires adapting to regulatory changes and communicating clearly with cross‑functional teams. You will monitor compliance across diverse markets, investigate issues, and help build scalable verification methods.

Formación

• Some hands-on experience in operations, support, compliance, or a similar role.
• Comfortable with no-code / low-code tools (e.g. n8n workflow automation, spreadsheets).
• Comfortable with AI tools to help in analysis and workflows.
• Proficient in SQL.
• Analytical and detail‑oriented; you like getting to the bottom of things.
• A self‑starter who can run with a problem without close supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Own the key quality, fraud, and compliance metrics: define them, track them, report on them, and set data-driven goals.
• Stay on top of how regulations change across markets, and own the strategy to close the gap between current state and legal requirements.
• Be the voice of compliance and fraud inside the company, coordinating with Legal and flagging risky ships.
• Spot and investigate fraud, abuse, and compliance issues, including location spoofing and restricted goods delivery verification.
• Build detection and verification processes in no-code / low-code tools, refining them as you learn what works.
• Work with Engineering and Product to turn successful processes into scalable features.

We're looking for someone hands‑on to help maintain a high‑quality courier network that is compliant with local regulations in each market we operate in. We are looking for a data‑oriented candidate who will be obsessed with quality and compliance metrics. You'll spot quality, fraud, and compliance issues, build processes to catch them using no‑code tools, and work with Engineering to move the ones that work into the app.

It's a practical, hands‑on role with real ownership. Regulation in this space changes constantly, so a big part of the job is keeping our processes up to date as the rules move; you'll solve messy problems yourself, not just hand them off.

What you'll do

• Own the key quality, fraud, and compliance metrics: define them, track them, report on them, and set data‑driven goals.
• Stay on top of how regulations change across our markets, and own the strategy to close the gap between where we are and where the law needs us to be.
• Be the voice of compliance and fraud inside the company, working hand in hand with the Legal team. When another team is about to ship something risky, you're the one who flags it.
• Spot and investigate fraud, abuse, and compliance issues, from location spoofing and theft to the delivery of restricted goods like alcohol. Make sure the courier delivering is really them, through identity checks.
• Build detection and verification processes in no‑code / low‑code tools, and sharpen them as you learn what actually works.
• Work with Engineering and Product to turn the processes that stick into scalable features.

What you'll need

• Some experience in operations, support, compliance, or a similar hands‑on role.
• Comfortable with no‑code / low‑code tools (e.g. n8n workflow automation, spreadsheets).
• Comfortable with AI tools to help you in your role, including but not limited to analysis and workflows.
• Proficient in SQL.
• Analytical and detail‑oriented; you like getting to the bottom of things.
• A self‑starter who can run with a problem without close supervision.
• Comfortable adapting as rules, markets, and priorities change.
• A clear communicator, comfortable working with technical and non‑technical teams.
