Job summary

Endeavour is seeking a Technical Services Controls Technician to support installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and remote monitoring of automated control systems across Europe. This hands-on role interacts with the U.S. automation team and Spain Project and Service Management to prioritize local needs.

Responsibilities include configuring and testing systems, supporting startups, and documenting technical findings. A strong background in automation and networking is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in automation or control systems.
• Technical training or certifications in PLCs, DDC, or similar.
• Experience configuring, commissioning, and supporting automated control systems.
• Experience with networked control environments and system connectivity.
• Experience supporting commissioning in industrial facilities or data centers.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for software configuration, updates, and troubleshooting of control systems.
• Connect to and monitor critical system operations with remote support from the U.S.
• Serve as liaison between U.S. automation team and customers across Europe.
• Configure, install, commission, test, and support control systems (PLCs, DDC, ATS).
• Assist with startup activities, field service visits, and commissioning.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and status communications.

Education

Higher Vocational Training (FP Grado Superior) or equivalent

Associate degree or equivalent in Automation/Electrical/Mechatronics
