Job summary

ThermalWorks is seeking a Technical Services Controls Technician to join our Spain-based team. The role focuses on installing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and supporting ThermalWorks control systems, working closely with the U.S.

automation team and Spain project/service leadership. This hands-on position involves coordinating startup activities, field service visits, and providing technical support to customers, vendors, and project teams across Europe.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in supporting, installing, commissioning, or troubleshooting industrial automation or control systems.
• Technical training or certifications in PLCs, DDC systems, Siemens TIA Portal, or similar automation platforms preferred.
• Experience with networked control environments and industrial connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for software configuration, updates, and troubleshooting of ThermalWorks control systems.
• Connect to and monitor critical system operations with remote US support; take ownership as proficiency grows.
• Serve as liaison between US automation team and customers, vendors, and project teams across Europe.
