Job summary

Endeavour seeks a hands-on Technical Services Controls Technician to join our European team in Spain. You will install, commission, troubleshoot, and support ThermalWorks control systems, coordinating with the U.S. automation team and Spain project services.

You will configure PLC/DDC controllers, ATS equipment, and networked controls, while documenting activities and coordinating with vendors and internal teams across Europe. Remote-friendly within Spain.

Qualifications

• Higher Vocational Training (FP Grado Superior) or associate degree or equivalent in Automation/Electrical Systems.
• 3–5 years of experience supporting, installing, commissioning, or troubleshooting industrial automation or control systems.
• Certifications in PLCs, DDC systems, Siemens TIA Portal, or similar automation platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for software configuration, updates, and troubleshooting of ThermalWorks control systems.
• Monitor critical system operations remotely; increase ownership of monitoring activities as proficiency grows.
• Serve as liaison between U.S.-based team and customers, vendors, and project teams across Europe.
