Trekkor Control Works in Madrid seeks a Senior Automation and Control Engineer to design and implement manufacturing technology that automates production processes and equipment, aiding operation teams in troubleshooting and meeting client requirements. Formación

• 3/5 years of experience in control systems in the engineering field.
• Expert knowledge of PLC programming and HMI/SCADA software.
• Experience in design, programming, start-up and troubleshooting of industrial control systems.
• BSc degree in Automation/Electrical/Computer/Electronics Engineering or similar.
• Ability to travel (overnight stays) 30-50%.
• Ability to understand panel layout drawings and electrical schematics.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement changes to manufacturing equipment to improve operational efficiencies.
• Design, install and validate the automated control system for new or upgraded business systems.
• Generate and revise standard operating procedures.
• Implement corrective and preventative actions to improve manufacturing efficiencies.
• Provide technical advice and interact with the client’s Quality department regarding project work and change control documentation.
• Estimate the time required for engineering activities.
• Plan and execute engineering project work with minimal supervision.
• Provide technical support for safety and quality initiatives.
• Continuously improve technical skills and industry knowledge.
