Envision is seeking a Remote Control Operations Centre Engineer to ensure optimal performance of global BESS and onshore wind fleets. This role operates in a 24/7 shift system, handling advanced remote interventions via SCADA and acting as escalation for turbine failures to minimize downtime and maximize asset availability.

Key responsibilities include advanced monitoring, SCADA-based diagnostics, remote interventions, and coordinating incident management with back offices and field technicians.

Formación

• Experience with SCADA systems and remote troubleshooting.
• Willingness to work 24/7 shift including nights and holidays.
• Ability to coordinate incident management and liaise with field technicians.

Responsabilidades

• Advanced Monitoring: escalation of complex faults for onshore wind farm operations.
• SCADA-Based Troubleshooting using high-tier systems and proprietary software.
• Remote Intervention & Resets: execute advanced remote-control sequences and safety resets.
• Incident Management: coordinate alerts and liaise with back offices and on-site technicians.
• Continuous Improvement: document resolutions and mentor operators; contribute to LEAN initiatives.
