Envision seeks a Remote Control Operations Centre Engineer to ensure the optimal performance of global BESS and onshore wind fleets. You will operate in a 24/7 shift, handling advanced troubleshooting and remote interventions via SCADA to minimize downtime and maximize asset availability.

Responsibilities include escalating complex faults, coordinating with back offices and field technicians, and contributing to LEAN initiatives while mentoring junior operators for improved team efficiency.

Formación

Education: Degree or higher vocational training in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Automation, or related discipline.
Experience: 3–5 years in BESS and/or Wind energy operations with remote-control or similar roles.
OEM Expertise: Experience with major onshore wind platforms or BESS SCADA from OEMs/commercial platforms.
Technical: Proficient in renewables tech, analyzing logs, and reading electrical diagrams.
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, assertive communication, safety-first mindset.
Languages: English required; Spanish/Portuguese/French/German assets.

Responsabilidades

Advanced Monitoring: Escalation point for complex faults, real-time wind farm operations.
SCADA-Based Troubleshooting: Deep diagnostics on errors, curtailments, and shutdowns.
Remote Intervention & Resets: Remote-control sequences, safety resets, synchronized restarts.
Incident Management: Manage alerts, coordinate with back offices and field technicians.
Continuous Improvement: Analyze fault patterns, document resolutions, mentor operators.
