Envision is seeking a Remote Control Centre (RCC) Engineer to ensure optimal performance of global BESS and onshore wind farms. The role operates in a 24/7 shift system with remote interventions via SCADA and escalation of turbine failures to minimize downtime.

Formación

• Degree or higher vocational training in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Automation, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in BESS and/or Wind energy operations, with remote-control centre or senior wind/turbine experience.
• Experience with major onshore wind turbine platforms or BESS OEM SCADA software.
• Advanced proficiency in renewables tech, analyzing technical logs, reading electrical diagrams.
• Professional proficiency in English; Spanish/Portuguese/French/German are a strong asset.

Responsabilidades

• Act as escalation point for complex faults, managing real-time onshore wind farm operations.
• Use SCADA systems to perform deep-dive diagnostics on persistent errors, curtailments and shutdowns.
• Execute remote-control sequences, safety resets, synchronized restarts and curtailments.
• Coordinate alerts and communicate with back offices and field technicians during outages or grid constraints.
• Analyze fault patterns, document resolutions, mentor junior operators, and support LEAN initiatives.
