Envision, a global green technology group, seeks an RCC Engineer to guarantee optimal performance of BESS and onshore wind fleets. You will work a 24/7 shift, performing advanced remote interventions via SCADA and serving as the escalation point for turbine failures to minimize downtime.

You will monitor operations, troubleshoot using SCADA, execute remote resets, coordinate incidents with back offices and field technicians, and contribute to LEAN improvements while mentoring junior operators.

Formación

• 3–5 years in BESS or wind energy operations.
• Experience with onshore wind turbine platforms or major BESS OEM SCADA.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to read electrical diagrams.

Responsabilidades

• Act as escalation point for complex faults, monitoring onshore wind farms and BESS operations.
• Perform advanced remote diagnostic work using SCADA systems and proprietary software.
• Execute remote control sequences, safety resets, restarts and curtailments to maximize turbine efficiency.
• Coordinate critical alerts and communicate with back offices and field technicians during outages or grid constraints.
• Analyze recurrent fault patterns, document resolutions, and contribute to LEAN initiatives.
