Summary

Join our dynamic Customer Support and Remote Consulting (CSRC) team as a Remote Consultant! In this role, you will support customers, internal staff, and partners through implementations and post-implementation processes, ensuring a seamless experience. You will empower OneStream customers, partners, and internal teams by providing exceptional support and enablement.

Your key responsibilities include supporting and enhancing the OneStream administrator post go-live, delivering custom solutions, and providing expert consulting to partners and internal teams. We seek someone who can think quickly, make sound decisions, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with financial close and consolidation processes, especially in account reconciliations and transaction matching, is essential.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Engage in Application Reviews or Strategic Technical Projects.
• Provide post-project go-live support and consulting, including troubleshooting data discrepancies, analyzing consolidated data, resolving customer issues, building reports, security models, dashboards, custom event processes, assisting during customer transitions, and building integrations.
• Gather business requirements related to support requests.
• Collaborate with application-focused teams to support the customer's use of OneStream features.
• Create and update Knowledge Base documentation to share best practices.
• Drive business-level initiatives by engaging with customers and partners for application success.
• Report product issues via defined processes on behalf of customers or partners.
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for future OneStream releases and custom solutions.
• Track tasks, time, and milestones using designated tools.
• Communicate effectively throughout case or issue resolution.
• Contribute to training content for internal sessions, events, and conferences.

Required Education and Experience

• Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems, Mathematics, CIS, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with financial consolidations.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in CPM/financial software implementations, development, or consulting.

Preferred Education and Experience

• Professional accounting designation (CPA, CMA, CGA, CA), advanced degrees (MBA, MFA), or certifications.
• Experience with Database Management Systems (SQL, Oracle, Essbase, etc.).
• Experience with object-oriented programming (VB.net, C#, etc.).
• Knowledge of CPM/EPM software like OneStream, SAP BPC, Hyperion, Anaplan, etc.
• Experience in Data/System Integration Development.

Travel

• Travel requirement: 10-15%.
