Summary

Join our dynamic Customer Support and Remote Consulting (CSRC) team as a Remote Consultant! In this role, you will support customers, internal staff, and partners, guiding them through implementations and ensuring a seamless post-implementation experience. You will empower OneStream customers, partners, and internal teams by providing exceptional support and enablement.

Your key responsibilities include supporting and enhancing the OneStream administrator post go-live, delivering custom solution-based support, and offering expert consulting to partners and internal teams. We seek someone who can think quickly, make sound decisions, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with financial close and consolidation processes—especially in account reconciliations and transaction matching—is essential.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Engage in Application Reviews or Strategic Technical Projects.
• Provide post-project go-live support and consulting, including troubleshooting data discrepancies, analyzing consolidated data, resolving customer issues, building reports, security models, dashboards, custom event processes, assisting during customer transitions, and building integrations.
• Gather business requirements related to application support requests.
• Collaborate with application-focused team members to apply knowledge of OneStream features to support customer needs.
• Create Knowledge Base documentation to develop best practices.
• Drive business-level initiatives by engaging with customers and partners for application success.
• Report product issues via defined processes on behalf of customers or partners.
• Assist in User Application Testing (UAT) for future software releases and custom solutions.
• Track tasks, time, and milestones using designated tools.
• Communicate effectively throughout the lifecycle of cases or issues with customers or partners.
• Contribute to building and testing training content for events, conferences, and internal sessions.

Required Education and Experience

• Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems, Mathematics, CIS, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with Financial Consolidations.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in CPM/financial software implementations, financial/accounting systems, systems administration, or consulting.

Preferred Education and Experience

• Professional accounting designations (CPA, CMA, CGA, CA), advanced degrees (MBA, MFA), or certifications relevant to accounting/finance and IT.
• Experience with Database Management Systems (SQL, Oracle, Essbase, etc.).
• Experience with object-oriented programming (e.g., VB.net, Visual Basic, C#).
• Experience with CPM/EPM software like OneStream, SAP BPC, SAP BOFC, HFM, FDM, Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Essbase, IBM Cognos, Anaplan, or other CPM/EPM solutions.
• Experience in Data/System Integration Development.

Travel

• Travel required: 10-15% of the time.
