Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Clinical Monitoring Analyst (CMA) for the Cluepoints platform, with remote work available. The role focuses on setup, programming and refreshing the CM platform according to the CMP, in collaboration with the CM Lead and sponsor client.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in pharma R&D, SAS programming experience (including macros), and knowledge of Cluepoints, data management and GCP. Good communication and independence are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in pharmaceutical R&D or related field with centralized monitoring, data management or biostatistics.
• 2-3 years SAS experience including macro language.
• Knowledge/experience working on Cluepoints.
• Ability to work autonomously and engage with relevant stakeholders to execute study-level CM processes.
• Understanding basic statistical concepts and interpretation.
• Maintain confidentiality of data and information during interactions with staff at all levels.
• Ability to work with limited close supervision.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• High initiative and commitment.
• Experience with relational databases, preferably Clinical Data Management and EDC Systems.
• Experience communicating with all levels and globally distributed teams.
• Advanced knowledge of federal regulations, Good Clinical Practice, and Good CDM practices.
• Excellent command, both verbal and written, of English.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Centralized Monitoring Lead (CML) in CM strategy development.
• Set up/Program QTL, KRI and Data Quality Assessments according to CMP.
• Refresh the Centralized Monitoring Platform at predefined frequency.
• Generate and maintain the CM platform specifications document.
• Review and understanding of protocol is key.
• Understand data sources and transfer specifications.
• Execute peer-review of CM platform setup.
