Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Clinical Monitoring Analyst (Cluepoints) for a remote role. You will support centralized monitoring by configuring the CM platform, programming QTLs/KRIs, and updating CM specifications for study teams.

You should have at least 3 years in pharma R&D or related fields, SAS experience including macros, knowledge of Cluepoints, and strong English communication to coordinate with global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in pharma R&D or related field, preferably centralized monitoring, data management or biostatistics.
• 2–3 years of SAS experience including macro language.
• Knowledge/experience working on Cluepoints.
• Ability to work autonomously and engage stakeholders to execute activities.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Set up and program QTLs, KRIs and data quality assessments per CMP.
• Refresh the Centralized Monitoring Platform at defined frequencies.
• Generate CM specifications documents and archive in eTMF.
• Review study protocol and data sources; understand data transfer specs.
• Peer‑review CM platform setup and coordinate with CMA colleagues.
