Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Analyst (CMA) for the Cluepoints platform, with strong SAS programming skills. The role involves working with clients directly on a sponsor project to manage deliverables and ensure CM process execution.

Responsibilities include setting up QTL/KRI data quality assessments, platform refreshes, and maintaining CM documentation, while collaborating with the CM Lead and stakeholders across studies.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience in pharmaceutical research and development or related field, preferably centralised monitoring, data management or biostatistics.
• 2–3 years SAS experience including macro language.
• Knowledge/experience working on Cluepoints.
• Ability to work autonomously and engage with relevant stakeholders to execute activities related to study-level centralized monitoring.
• Understanding of basic statistical concepts and ability to interpret outcomes.
• Excellent command of English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Set up/program QTL, KRI and Data Quality Assessments according to the study CMP.
• Refresh the Centralised Monitoring Platform at predefined frequency to enable signal identification.
• Generate and maintain the CM platform specifications document and file in eTMF.
• Review and understand study protocol; understand data sources and data transfer specs.
• Perform peer-review of CM platform setup done by colleagues; document results.
