Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Clinical Monitoring Analyst (Cluepoints) for a remote, sponsor-facing role. The CMA will manage the setup, programming, and refreshes of the Centralized Monitoring platform per the study CMP, coordinating with the Centralized Monitoring Lead and client teams.

Required are 2-3 years SAS experience with macros, strong knowledge of regulatory standards, and excellent communication. The role emphasizes autonomous work and collaboration across global teams.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years relevant experience in pharmaceutical research and development or related field, preferably centralized monitoring, data management or biostatistics.
• 2-3 years SAS experience including macro language.
• Knowledge/experience working on Cluepoints.
• Ability to work autonomously and engage with stakeholders to execute activities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Advanced knowledge of federal regulations, Good Clinical Practice, and Good Clinical Data Management Practices.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Centralized Monitoring Lead in developing the CM strategy by contributing to CM elements to be implemented for the study (QTL, KRI, data visualizations, and Data Quality Assessments).
• Setup/program QTL, KRI, and Data Quality Assessments according to the CMP.
• Refresh the CM platform at predefined frequency to enable signal identification.
• Generate and maintain CM platform specifications document and file in eTMF.
• Review and understand the study protocol and data sources; understand data transfer specs.
