Jobgether is seeking a Freelance Campaign Manager for influencer marketing across Europe. You will lead creator discovery, negotiations, content delivery, and performance reporting for a major global consumer brand. The role emphasizes strategic thinking, budget control, and data-driven optimization.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of influencer marketing experience, strong English skills plus another European language, and a track record of managing high-volume campaigns for consumer brands.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or a closely related field.
• Fluency in English and at least one additional European language, such as German, Spanish, or French.
• Experience managing high-volume influencer campaigns for consumer brands.
• Strong knowledge of CPV, reach, engagement, and other creator performance metrics.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee influencer campaigns from briefing through execution and reporting across your assigned European market.
• Develop detailed project timelines and coordinate budgets, content approvals, campaign milestones, and deliverables.
• Identify and shortlist creators based on brand positioning, product relevance, target audiences, and expected campaign performance.
• Negotiate creator fees, manage campaign budgets, and balance creative quality with commercial objectives.
• Monitor key performance indicators, including CPV, reach, engagement, and other relevant campaign metrics.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and timely updates.
