Lookiero Outfittery Group is seeking a Buying Assistant to join our Buying Team. You will manage purchase orders, liaise with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery while supporting commercial product management and template preparation.

The role requires 1–2 years in admin, a degree in business-related field, and strong Excel skills. Fluency in English is essential for cross-border collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Raising and issuing purchase orders based on an established budget.
• Registering, confirming, and tracking purchase orders in internal systems.
• Direct communication with suppliers to manage orders and ensure delivery dates.
• Monitor goods receipt and identify discrepancies in quantities/pricing.
• Assist with issue resolution in coordination with warehouse and invoicing teams.
• Support procurement with commercial product management.
• Prepare templates and review purchase orders prior to dispatch.

What will be your challenge? (Key accountabilities)

• Raising and issuing purchase orders based on an established budget.


• Registering, confirming, and tracking purchase orders in our internal systems.


• Direct and continuous communication with suppliers to manage and follow up on orders, ensuring full information traceability and adherence to delivery dates (handling amendments, cancellations, delays, etc.).


• Monitoring goods receipt and identifying discrepancies (quantities, pricing, etc.).


• Assisting with issue resolution in coordination with other departments (warehouse, invoicing, etc.).


• Supporting the procurement team with commercial product management.


• Preparing templates and reviewing purchase orders prior to dispatch, incorporating any required adjustments.

What will make you succeed_? (Skills, know-how and experience)_

• Higher vocational training or a university degree in Business Administration or a related field.


• At least 1–2 years of experience in administrative roles performing similar duties.


• Hands-on experience using Microsoft Excel.


• Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.


• Strong command of English: as an international company, you will work daily with colleagues and suppliers across different countries
