Lookiero Outfittery Group in Bilbao is seeking a Junior Process Engineer to enhance warehouse processes, improve logistics performance and drive end-to-end efficiency across the order flow.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in an engineering field, 3+ years in process improvement, strong analytical skills and fluent English. The company offers remote work options and flexible hours to support work-life balance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field related to industrial operations or supply chain.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in process engineering or continuous improvement within logistics/ops (3+ years).
• Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).

Responsabilidades

• Design, test and implement operational solutions based on site layout and visual management.
• Drive KPI improvements in logistics performance and productivity.
• Audit inbound/outbound processes and returns to reduce downtime and inefficiencies.
• Quantify costs and economic impact of proposed improvements.
• Train warehouse teams and ensure standards are understood and followed.
