WPT Global is seeking a Business Insights & Operations Analyst to support analytics and operational requests across the business. The role blends data analysis with practical business insights, working with cross-functional teams to turn questions into reliable outputs.

The candidate will manipulate data, generate dashboards, and apply AI-assisted tools to stay productive while collaborating with Product, Promotions, and Support teams.

Formación

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data manipulation experience.
• Working knowledge of SQL and good Excel/spreadsheet skills.
• Ability to translate business questions into analysis and clearly communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail, commercial curiosity, and ability to sense-check data and results.
• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies, including AI tools for analysis and reporting.
• Adaptable and comfortable supporting a wide range of teams and business questions.

Responsabilidades

• Support teams with ad hoc analytical and data requests, pulling and organizing data to answer business questions.
• Analyze player behaviour, product performance, campaigns, and operational activity across teams.
• Evaluate ROI and impact of campaigns, promotions, initiatives, and product changes.
• Investigate trends and produce clear summaries, reports and lightweight dashboards.
• Translate stakeholder questions into analysis and leverage AI-assisted tools to boost productivity.
