Puig is seeking an Operations Efficiency & Intelligence Graduate to support data-driven insights across the organization. You will design dashboards and reports, build ETL processes, and develop process mining solutions to optimize operations.

You will work with SQL, Python, and analytics tools to extract meaningful insights and drive automation and AI initiatives that improve business processes.

Formación

• Bachelor and/or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with SQL, data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, SAP Analytics cloud), and scripting languages (e.g., Python)
• Familiarity with data integration, emerging technologies, and machine learning concepts.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with python libraries for data science and ML
• Experience working with SAP or data coming from ERP systems
• Experience in process mining (ideally with a tool like Celonis)
• Exposure to projects involving advanced analytics, automation, or innovative digital solutions

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop dashboards and reports to visualize key performance metrics and process performance.
• Building ETL processes to help maintain the highest standards of data quality, integrity and accessibility.
• Design, model, and implement comprehensive process mining solutions
• Develop and execute process improvement initiatives based on process mining findings
• Extract meaningful insights from process data
• Support projects aimed at improving business processes through advanced analytics, AI and automation initiatives
• Collaborate in the identification and analysis of opportunities to optimize and streamline operations.
