NN Spain is seeking a Data Analyst Operations to shape how Operations understands performance by defining KPIs and translating business needs into actionable insights. You’ll work with Operations and IT to build meaningful dashboards and reports using SQL and Power BI, and contribute to process improvements.

Formación

• Experience (1–3 years) in analysis, operations or reporting.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with Power BI or similar tools.
• Structured thinking and attention to detail.
• Interest in processes and continuous improvement.
• Ability to communicate clearly with different stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain standardised operational KPIs and a clear metrics framework to ensure consistent measurement across Operations.
• Analyze and report performance data using SQL and Power BI to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Support operational reporting needs, including recurring performance tracking and finance‑related outputs, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Collaborate with Operations and IT to translate business requirements into data and reporting solutions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by tracking outcomes, supporting analysis and helping document processes and changes.
