WorkNomads is seeking a BPO Team Lead fluent in English, German and French to lead a sales-ops team. You’ll supervise agents, drive KPIs, monitor metrics, and coach performance while coordinating with clients on SLAs across a remote-first EU setup.

Qualifikationen

• Fluency in English, German and French (written and spoken) is essential.
• 2–4 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a BPO or contact center.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of sales agents to meet or exceed KPIs.
• Monitor performance metrics, conduct quality audits, and coach.
• Plan and manage schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
• Escalate complex issues and maintain service excellence.
• Assist agents with IT issues and file advanced IT tickets.
• Provide real-time floor support during operations.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams on SLAs and targets.
