Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience with remote maintenance and calibration of biomedical equipment.
• Familiarity with remote diagnostic platforms and tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote maintenance, calibration, and repair support for biomedical devices.
• Guide on-site teams through diagnostics and repair procedures.
• Develop and implement remote calibration protocols and validation processes.
• Analyze performance data and troubleshoot issues remotely.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance and calibration activities.
• Ensure compliance with IEC 60601 and local health regulations.
• Collaborate with manufacturers and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Contribute to training materials and best practices for device management.
• Stay updated on new biomedical technologies and regulatory changes.
• Participate in on-call remote support rotations.
