Hospital Joya is seeking an experienced Ingeniero de Mantenimiento y Calibración de Equipos Biomédicos for a fully remote position to support hospitals nationwide from Catalonia and beyond. The role focuses on remote maintenance, calibration, and diagnostics, guiding on-site teams and ensuring device reliability.

The ideal candidate brings strong knowledge of biomedical devices, electronics, and software systems, and can operate independently with excellent communication while upholding safety

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with remote maintenance, calibration, and repair of biomedical equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide remote technical support for maintenance, calibration, and repair of biomedical equipment.
• Guide on-site staff through complex diagnostic and repair procedures.
• Develop and implement remote calibration protocols and validation processes.
• Analyze performance data and troubleshoot remotely.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, calibration, and repair activities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (IEC 60601, local health regulations).
• Collaborate with manufacturers and internal teams to resolve recurring issues.
• Contribute to training materials and best practices for equipment management.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and new device technologies.
• Participate in on-call rotations for emergency remote support.
