TIMETOACT GROUP is seeking an HR & Operations Coordinator based in Ecuador or with home-office arrangements. The role covers HR support, recruitment, onboarding and administrative operations across the Americas, working within the TIMETOACT GROUP network.

The ideal candidate will manage records, help with contracts, support payroll inputs, and coordinate onboarding, leaves, and reporting while collaborating with remote teams across countries. Strong confidentiality and organization are essential.

Formación

• Experience in Human Resources, recruitment and admin support.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and remote collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and organize employee records in HR system.
• Prepare and follow up on employment contracts, HR letters, certificates and other docs.
• Process payroll inputs such as overtime, bonuses and absences.
• Coordinate vacation requests, leaves and internal HR processes.
• Support health and safety activities, training, and related documentation.
• Assist onboarding and offboarding, including equipment and access requests.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to management and regional teams.
