Lighthouse Io, a hospitality AI platform, is seeking a results-driven Enterprise Sales Executive to own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close in a hybrid Barcelona role.

You'll build and manage your pipeline, use MEDDPICC, leverage AI-enabled tools, and collaborate with Enablement and Coaching agents to maximize revenue across Spain and beyond. Fluent English and Italian required; SaaS experience a must.

Formación

• 2–5 years in a closing SaaS sales role.
• Fluent English and Italian.
• Self‑directed with a growth mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for Lighthouse BI solutions.
• Build and manage a robust pipe with 3x coverage and honest forecasting.
• Run MEDDPICC to qualify and advance opportunities with evidence.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools for prep, discovery, and positioning.
