Infinni is seeking an Engineering Lead to own and scale backend infrastructure powering global products. You will mentor engineers, set technical direction, and drive architecture decisions across teams working with Java and Go.

You'll lead distributed systems design, ensure reliability and performance, and collaborate with Product, DevOps, and international teams across Europe and Asia in a fast-moving environment. Fluency in English and Mandarin preferred.

Formación

• 8+ years in software engineering with backend focus.
• 3+ years leading engineering teams.
• Hands-on Java or Go backend experience.
• Strong CS fundamentals and distributed systems knowledge.
• Experience with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud and microservices.
• Experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL, AWS, Docker and Kubernetes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead architecture and evolution of backend services and distributed systems.
• Drive technical decisions, architecture standards, and best practices.
• Hands-on system design, reviews, and production troubleshooting.
• Improve reliability, scalability, observability, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with Product, Infrastructure, DevOps, and cross-functional teams.
• Mentor engineers and scale engineering teams across regions.
