INFINNI is seeking an hands‑on Engineering Lead to build and scale high‑performance backend systems powering global products. You will mentor engineers, drive architecture decisions, and own delivery across distributed teams in Europe and Asia.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in software engineering, 3+ years as a tech lead, and strong Java or Go backend experience with Spring Boot and Spring Cloud. You’ll work with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD practices.

Formación

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a Tech Lead or engineering team lead.
• Strong hands‑on experience in Java or Go backend engineering.
• Solid software engineering fundamentals and code design capabilities.
• Experience with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Microservices architecture.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the architecture, development, and evolution of scalable backend services and distributed systems.
• Drive technical decision‑making, architecture standards, and engineering best practices.
• Contribute hands‑on to system design, implementation, code reviews, and production troubleshooting.
• Improve system reliability, scalability, observability, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with Product, Infrastructure, DevOps, and cross‑functional engineering teams.
• Foster ownership, pragmatism, and continuous improvement across teams.
