INFINNI is seeking an Engineering Lead to build and scale high-performance backend systems powering global products. You will mentor engineers and drive engineering excellence across teams, tackling complex distributed systems challenges.

You will work with international teams across Europe and Asia in a fast-moving environment, with remote-enabled work options and relocation support as part of a relocation package.

Formación

• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• 3+ years of tech lead / engineering leadership experience
• Strong backend experience in Java or Go
• Experience with Spring Boot and Spring Cloud
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems
• Experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL, SQL optimization
• Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ
• Experience with AWS and cloud-native infra
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese

Responsabilidades

• Lead architecture, development, and evolution of scalable backend services
• Mentor engineers and drive engineering excellence across teams
• Collaborate with Product, Infrastructure, DevOps, and cross-functional teams
• Scale and organize engineering teams as the company grows
• Participate in hiring and onboarding of new engineers
