INFINNI is building the next layer of products for creators. We seek an Engineering Lead to design and scale backend systems, mentor engineers, and drive engineering excellence across globally distributed teams.

You will influence architecture, foster a high-performance culture, and collaborate across Product, Infra, and DevOps to deliver robust services. Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in software engineering, 3+ years as a Tech Lead, strong Java or Go skills, experience with Spring Boot/Spring

Formación

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years as Tech Lead or engineering team lead.
• Strong backend experience in Java or Go.
• Spring Boot and Spring Cloud experience.
• Microservices architecture with RESTful APIs.
• Relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and SQL tuning.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and AWS.
• Proficient in English; Mandarin Chinese helpful.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead architecture, development, and evolution of scalable backend services.
• Drive technical decisions, standards, and best practices.
• Contribute hands-on to system design, reviews, and production support.
• Improve reliability, scalability, observability, and ops excellence.
