Sporty Group is seeking a Team Lead for its Frontend development team to steer architecture, development, and delivery of high-quality software. You will guide a group of developers, balancing hands-on coding with line management to grow the team in a fast-paced environment.

You will drive major migrations to Nuxt.js/SSR, optimize Core Web Vitals, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders. A strong frontend background and leadership experience are essential for success.

Formación

• 8+ years of software development with frontend focus.
• 2+ years in leadership or line management.
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+), CSS preprocessors (Less/Sass), Webpack, Git.
• Experience with Vuex/Redux/NgRx state management.
• Experience migrating large web apps to Nuxt.js or SSR frameworks.
• Proven track record in web performance, Core Web Vitals, and technical SEO.
• Exposure to high-traffic MarTech, AdTech, E-commerce, Betting, or Events platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a team of Frontend developers within Marketing Tech and Social domain.
• Drive architecture, design decisions, performance, and code quality.
• Oversee Nuxt.js migration and SSR implementation.
• Maintain hands-on coding alongside line management responsibilities.
• Manage performance reviews, 1-on-1s, and work allocation.
