European Payments Initiative (EPI) is seeking a proactive B2B Partner Operations Specialist to support member banks and payment partners across Europe. You will manage relationships, coordinate incidents and changes, and contribute to data-driven improvements in service quality.

You will collaborate with technical and operational teams, ensuring timely, high-quality support and proactive communication with partners. Remote-first culture with quarterly in-person meetups and EU mobility options.

Formación

• 3+ years in a B2B partner support or client-facing operations role.
• Strong written and verbal English communication; collaborative mindset.
• Experience managing relationships with external partners such as banks/PSPs.
• Comfort presenting data, SLO performance, and operational insights.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage relationships with member banks, PSPs, and B2B partners.
• Handle cases via Jira Service Desk with timely follow-up and resolution.
• Analyze support data and KPI trends; present findings to stakeholders.
• Lead advisory conversations with banks to improve services.
• Coordinate incident communications and major incident updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product and processes.
• Support onboarding of member banks with training and RBAC access management.
• Keep internal knowledge base up to date and drive efficiency.
