A global digital engagement firm is seeking a Community Manager to engage with a diverse audience across social media platforms. English / SpanishThe day-to-day tasks of a ModSquad Associate Community Manager vary, but basic responsibilities may include :
Brainstorm activities, opportunities, and content to inspire or grow the community (long term and campaign-based)Design and execute the weekly and quarterly content calendars and strategy plansCreate and report KPIs, and build reports that showcase reason, trends, and opportunityManage and respond to customers through forums and website toolsLearn and explore new toolsets that improve workflow and client objectivesWork closely, efficiently, and effectively with the client and internal teams (communication is daily)Develop practices and improvements, or build upon and help improve current methods of operationHandle occasional community crisis or troubleshoot escalationsA successful candidate needs to have confidence and strength in the following abilities :
Be a proactive, self-starter and independent contributor with follow-through on all initiativesHave strong problem-solving, creative writing, and editorial skillsShowcase strong communication skills (and feel comfortable with communicating the good and the bad)Engage confidently with internal and external partners on video and voice callsBe genuinely interested in social media (tools, platforms, usage), and enjoy the trends and culture of social media (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, ect)Enjoy engaging and developing a broad range of people, communities, clients, and trendsBe able to execute on community initiatives, measure results, and modify programs based on feedbackRetain and demonstrate excellent organization and time-management skills and schedule to hit deliverable deadlinesMust have active experience (professional experience preferred) with Discord, forums, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram (other platforms like SnapChat, TikTok,, Youtube, etc a bonus)Be a creative copywriter who understands the balance between professionalism and meta, fun community initiativesThe position requires excellent verbal and written skills, someone who is excited about social media and content creation, and has the ability to communicate, collaborate, and support effectivelyMust be able to show empathy and situational awareness, as well as an ability to care for the community’s members well being without losing sight of the client goals and rulesJ-18808-Ljbffr
