Job summary

Randstad Digital España is hiring an Area Security Officer to lead cybersecurity efforts for the France Area from Spain in a fully remote role. You will align with global security initiatives, collaborate with the Group CISO and regional teams, and drive governance, risk management, and compliance across the Area.

You will manage security programs, engage with legal/compliance, and evolve platforms like LogicGate and KnowBe4 while supporting incident response and metrics reporting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, information technology or security.
• Minimum 5+ years in information security.
• Experience with multinational teams and global collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Group CISO and Region Security Officer to implement cybersecurity strategies.
• Maintain governance frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001) for the Area.
• Oversee risk assessments and regulatory compliance (GDPR, privacy laws).
• Manage security demand from customers, partners, and central teams.
• Lead awareness programs and drive security culture across Area staff.
• Oversee security tool deployments and incident response coordination.
