Talan Spain is recruiting for a Senior Cybersecurity Analyst to join a global Cybersecurity Operations team supporting international clients. You will work in a 24x7 SOC, performing hands-on threat detection, incident response and security investigations to protect critical environments.

You will monitor, investigate, and respond to security incidents, crafting reports and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance detection and response capabilities while staying current with emerging

Formación

• 5+ years in IT/Cybersecurity or Security Operations.
• Hands-on SOC experience with alert triage and investigation.
• Strong knowledge of SIEM and EDR technologies.
• Experience with Microsoft Security technologies including Defender for Endpoint and Azure Security.
• Experience with cloud platforms and networking fundamentals.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor, triage and investigate security alerts across SIEM, EDR, Microsoft Security and cloud environments.
• Investigate potential cyber threats and determine remediation actions.
• Analyze logs from Windows, Linux, databases, applications, web servers, firewalls and network systems.
• Collaborate with Incident Response teams to contain and resolve threats.
• Maintain security monitoring tools and improve detection quality.
• Prepare security reports, incident summaries and technical findings for clients.
• Manage security-related tickets and documentation.
• Contribute to SOC process improvements and knowledge bases.
• Engage with clients to optimize security monitoring.
• Stay updated on emerging threats and best practices.
