Alignerr is seeking Software Engineers in Valencia to build, evaluate, and improve AI-generated code as part of training AI systems to think like developers. This is a hands-on, fully remote contract role with flexible hours (10–40 hours per week), allowing you to work from anywhere.

You should be proficient in Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, Go, or TypeScript, with strong CS fundamentals and clear communication.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong programming fundamentals and CS knowledge.
• Ability to read, write, and reason about code clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Write, debug, and optimize code across languages and domains.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness and efficiency.
• Identify bugs, security issues, and performance bottlenecks in AI outputs.
• Provide structured, detailed feedback explaining outcomes.
