RemoteJobsOne is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for a fully remote, contractor role (~15 hours/week). You will design and create challenging programming tasks to test AI model capabilities, build reproducible environments, and supply deterministic verifiers and reference solutions.

Candidates based in Spain are welcome. Expertise in at least one major language (Python, Java, C++, TypeScript, Rust, Go) and strong software engineering fundamentals are required.

Formación

• Significant hands-on expertise in at least one of the listed languages (Python3, Java, Rust, Go, C++, TypeScript).
• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.
• Proven ability to debug complex systems, resolve bugs, and deliver optimizations.
• Experience with large codebases and refactoring to modernize legacy systems.

Responsabilidades

• Design problems and tasks that test software engineering skills and model understanding.
• Create reproducible environments and deterministic verifiers for solutions.
• Provide a reference solution and clear documentation for each task.
