Alignerr is seeking Software Engineers in Seville for a remote, contract-based role that focuses on AI-generated code. You will write, review, and improve AI outputs, guiding AI systems to think like developers through practical feedback.

You’ll tackle a range of languages, review code for correctness, and propose improvements, all in a flexible, remote setup with 10–40 hours per week.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS or software engineering.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to read, write, and reason about code with clarity and precision.

Responsabilidades

• Write, debug, and optimize code across languages and domains.
• Review and evaluate AI‑generated code for correctness, efficiency, readability, and best practices.
• Identify bugs, logic errors, security issues, and performance bottlenecks in AI outputs.
• Provide structured, detailed feedback explaining why code works or doesn’t.
• Design challenging coding prompts and edge‑case scenarios to stress‑test AI capabilities.
• Compare and rank multiple AI‑generated solutions based on engineering quality.
• Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule.
