Set Europa is seeking a Python Developer to join a remote project building an AI-driven document analysis platform. You will implement AI-powered applications, integrate LLMs, and design document processing pipelines.

Responsibilities include developing hybrid retrieval, multi-agent workflows, and ensuring data governance and security while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Fluency in English and EU citizenship are required for the role.

Formación

• 3–5 years of professional Python development experience.
• Hands-on AI application development using LLMs and RAG.
• Experience with AI agents and agent-based workflows.
• Experience with embeddings, vector databases and semantic search.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and LLM evaluation techniques.
• Experience processing unstructured documents (PDFs) and OCR.
• Familiarity with AI security, governance, and data protection.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Technical engineering background or equivalent qualification.
• Good command of English; EU citizenship is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain AI-powered applications using Python, LLMs, RAG, and AI agents.
• Design provider-agnostic interfaces for LLMs and embedding models.
• Build document ingestion pipelines (PDF parsing, OCR, chunking, metadata, vector indexing).
• Implement hybrid retrieval with semantic and keyword search.
• Develop AI agents with defined schemas and outputs.
• Integrate embeddings and vector databases into AI apps.
• Design evaluation frameworks for retrieval quality, accuracy, and LLM performance.
• Optimize prompts and AI workflows for reliability and efficiency.
• Ensure AI security, governance, and data residency compliance.
• Collaborate with teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
• Produce clear technical documentation.
