We are seeking a Senior Network Architect to lead the design of AI infrastructure for a GPU-enabled data centre provider across Europe. This role focuses on high-performance fabrics, RDMA, and scalable leaf-spine architectures to support large AI training and inference clusters in multi-site environments.

The successful candidate will set technical standards, guide vendor selection, and mentor network engineering teams while collaborating closely with compute and data centre teams on capacity

Formación

• Extensive experience in network architecture for cloud, hyperscale or NeoCloud environments.
• Deep expertise in RDMA networking and fabric design (RoCEv2, InfiniBand).
• Strong background in BGP, EVPN, VXLAN, and leaf-spine designs at scale.
• Experience designing networks to support GPU clusters for AI training or inference workloads.
• Proficient in network automation and Infrastructure as Code; able to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Design and own end-to-end network architecture for AI data centres.
• Architect non-blocking, low-latency fabrics using RoCEv2 and InfiniBand.
• Define leaf-spine and rail-optimised topologies for large GPU clusters.
• Lead EVPN VXLAN fabric design across multi-tenant, multi-site environments.
• Set technical standards and best practices for network design, automation, and observability.
• Partner with compute, systems, and data centre teams on capacity and growth planning.
• Act as technical authority on network design decisions, vendor selection, and roadmap planning.
• Mentor and provide technical direction to network engineering teams.
