WeEngage Group | B Corp™ in Madrid seeks a Senior Data Centre Technician to own day-to-day operations at our new Madrid site. This hands-on role covers server and network hardware, power, cooling, monitoring, installations, incident response and future upgrades.

You will install, configure and maintain enterprise servers, storage, and networking, with a focus on high-density GPU infrastructure. 3–5+ years in data centre operations, plus direct NVIDIA GPU server experience across Ampere, Hopper

We're working with a rapidly scaling European AI cloud company that is building large-scale, GPU-accelerated infrastructure for AI training, experimentation and deployment.

They are looking for a Senior Data Centre Technician to take ownership of day-to-day operations at their new Madrid site. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how a data centre runs in practice - from server and network hardware through to power, cooling, environmental monitoring, installations, incident response and future site upgrades.

The role will involve:

• Installing, configuring and maintaining enterprise servers, storage systems, networking equipment
• Working with data centre hardware, with a particular focus on high-density GPU infrastructure.
• You will also help plan and execute new installations, upgrades, data hall expansions and build-out projects as the site continues to scale.

They are looking for someone with 3–5+ years’ progressive experience in data centre operations or IT infrastructure, ideally with direct hands-on exposure to NVIDIA GPU servers across Ampere, Hopper or Blackwell generations.

This would suit someone who is confident operating independently, comfortable making decisions onsite, and able to act as the technical lead when required. You will work closely with network engineers, system administrators, remote hands teams and data centre leadership, while also supporting and mentoring more junior technicians as the team grows.

• Experience with liquid cooling, large cluster deployments, data hall openings or high-density AI/HPC environments would be a strong advantage.
