Data Direct Networks is seeking an AI Infrastructure Solutions Engineer to deploy and tailor AI solutions for enterprise customers, either remotely or on-site. You will work with NVIDIA AI Enterprise services, Milvus, and high‑performance storage to fit deployments to customer environments.

You will collaborate with engineering, product management, and pre‑sales teams to translate requirements into robust, scalable implementations, and you’ll automate workflows to improve efficiency.

Formación

• 5+ years in a senior technical role deploying complex production systems.
• Experience with Lustre or similar parallel file systems in large-scale environments.
• Experience with object storage and S3-compatible systems.
• Strong Linux knowledge, performance tuning and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work with customers and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary technical contact for strategic customers deploying DDN AI solutions.
• Interpret design considerations with Pre-sales during deployments.
• Drive automation, tooling, and repeatable deployment workflows.
• Develop scripts to support customer environments (DevOps-focused).
• Deploy system monitoring and metrics tools to integrate with customer infra.
• Support AI/ML, data-intensive, and HPC workloads at scale on-prem, hybrid, and cloud-adjacent environments.
• Collaborate to optimize AI applications with DDN technology.
