LocalStack, the Local Cloud Sandbox for developers and AI agents, is seeking a senior engineer to scale AI across our engineering, GTM, People, Support, Finance and Ops teams. You will design and build internal tools and agents that connect our current tech stack to daily workflows, removing friction.

You will lead adoption through workshops and office hours, partner with Security on guardrails, and develop a framework to track AI value with clear metrics.

Formación

• 7+ years in software engineering, consulting, product management, or business ops.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and value delivery.
• Experience with Codex/Claude Code or similar.
• Strong Python/TypeScript knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Embed AI across Engineering, GTM, People, Support, Finance, and Ops to automate workflows.
• Build internal tools and agents end-to-end, integrating current tech stack.
• Drive adoption via workshops and office hours; measure success by usage.
• Partner with Security to set guardrails and audit trails.
• Develop a framework to track AI value (metrics, targets, actuals).
