Job summary

CapsLock is seeking a Marketing Design Team Lead to scale an AI-driven creative team and drive performance across paid media. You will mentor a small group of AI-driven Creative Designers and own the end-to-end production flow, from briefs to winning visuals.

You will collaborate with Creative Producers, Marketers, Copywriters, and Video Editors, shaping concepts, tooling, and processes while staying hands-on with Figma and Adobe Suite to unblock the team and push for standout campaigns.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading creative/design teams in digital marketing or advertising.
• Ability to drive production flow, QC, and on-time delivery.
• Strong visual craft and ability to articulate why a creative works.
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and scale a team of AI-driven Creative Designers from 3 to 6.
• Own the production flow: task distribution, capacity planning, and QC to ensure production-grade outputs.
• Drive creative direction: concepts, hooks, and visuals that stop the scroll and convert.
• Generate ideas and push the team beyond safe iterations using current visual trends.
• Own the creative testing loop: analyze performance data to inform next iterations.
