Job summary

TUI Musement is seeking a Brand & AI Creative Designer to blend design craft with cutting-edge AI tech across global markets and campaigns. You will develop visual directions, create scalable creative systems and ensure brand consistency from concept to execution.

In this role you’ll collaborate with content, video, production, and product teams, shaping assets for digital, social, CRM, websites and print while leveraging AI-assisted tools to accelerate ideation and prototyping.

Qualifications

• Brand design experience in agency or in-house environments.
• Strong portfolio showing concept development across multiple channels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Experience contributing to brand guidelines, design systems or campaign toolkits.
• Strong craft in layout, typography, hierarchy, imagery and art direction.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and visual directions for integrated brand campaigns, translating audience insights, campaign objectives and brand strategy into compelling ideas and channel-ready creative solutions.
• Create and adapt assets across digital, social media, CRM, websites, retail environments, print and other customer touchpoints.
• Shape and evolve brand guidelines, creative frameworks and visual standards for consistency across markets.
• Use AI-assisted creative tools for ideation, visual exploration, prototyping and asset adaptation with strong creative judgement.
• Build scalable creative systems, templates and toolkits for efficient adaptation across markets, languages, formats and channels.
• Collaborate with content, campaign, video, production, commercial and product teams to keep ideas consistent through delivery.
• Present creative thinking with clear rationale to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve creative processes and AI-enabled workflows.
