AgileEngine, LLC is seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to join our ServiceNow Discovery Engineering squad, focusing on AI architecture and scalable troubleshooting tooling.

You will design and build AI agents that analyze logs, execution results, errors, and failed discoveries at scale, partnering with a ServiceNow domain expert.

This role emphasizes software building over research, with strong use of REST APIs, data pipelines, and production-grade engineering.

Formación

• Advanced Python development and REST API design experience.
• Experience integrating Gen AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) and knowledge of RAG and vector databases.
• Strong SDLC practices and CI/CD tooling with automation and testing.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build AI agents that analyze Discovery logs, execution results, errors, and failed discoveries at scale.
• Develop agents that classify and correlate failures, troubleshoot, identify root causes, and recommend fixes.
• Create data-processing pipelines and API integrations feeding telemetry into the AI ecosystem.
